A. EDUCATION SYSTEM

The most important thing in life is teducation that ” Our own Education system is everything for any plight we face in this world ” But we have to clear our doubts and remaining questions in the African countries’ education system is that , which kind of Education experience do we need?”

The answers are many but the best answer to me is that ” The Education system that we need will enable us the skills of self understand, specific career devevelopment, assemble deeply skills of understanding the meaning of a patriotic citizens and the skills of economically interacting with our own local environment and the entire world”

So For now our education system is hindering many talents! There is every need to change our education system from the colonial grassroots, from that basis our progrssing leaders have been groomed to be dependents, threatened, and enebled to worship Western culture.

Let us train our own Patriots a time when our kids are too sharp in grasping and assembling the life skills, that they deeply love and value the Africans’ , East Africans’ and the United republic of Tanzanians’ culture.

For example I took many subjects in my primary, secondary and courses in the University of Dar Es Salaam career but many has been wastage of time.I am muster of none in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, etc. but a master of agriculture of which I did not even opt in the education system but I have been doing practice in my father’s farms.

A: footballer does not need Chemicals or Physics machine to enable to perform football career, absolutely nothing but he or she needs the skills of playing football .So teaching many subjects to those kids, spending almost twenty years in the education system is wastage! We specialize too late! We are used too late, misused or not used at all !

In other words, we have to use our psychologists to discover and secure talents from our kids, from the grassroots before they are corrupt, then use the education experts to assemble them skills from earlier stages.

We need the Patriots with the best specific skills and the best specific person’s in art, sports, agriculture, science and technology, research, business, mathematics, politics, history, leadership, archeology, etc, plus languages, Civic and Moral Education .

NB When we fail the education system examinations in Tanzania, means we have failed life. There is no huge opportunity to practice our talents for our own economic benefits. There is no widen opportunity to personal and talents development.

B . THE LANGUAGE

The choice and priority to English language for our education system and process is another colonization process in Tanzania and Africans’ education system. There is clear evidence that Countries inside the EU are not giving priority to English language in their Education systems. eg. Italy, France, Germany, as well as Asians such as India, Japanese, China, Korean etc. They use their own languages for research and scientific and technological discoveries.

The secret behind is that each country is struggling to find the right truck to dominate the world’s science and technology, economy and military powers.

There is no any strategic economic intelligence research we are doing against the secret behind, and thus the research we can benefit our own education system, economic, politics, scientific and technological discoveries for long planning. We openly share our research to our neo colonial masters using their language.

We have to decide to value our own culture the same way the Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Indian etc used long time ago. We need to create our own competitive scientific and technological research and then benefit to our own countries.

That is the same way also the Indian, Arabs, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian and EU countries have long time decided against the English language in their education process.

If we don’t join the arena then we have decided to be theirs ideologically hostages forever….. When we join the arena, we don’t want to walk on and or chase on the move of their steps, we fight the battle , apart from that we have decided to be poor and the misused generation.

Let us decide now to follow the philosophy of the Late President John Pombe Joseph Magufuli. He said… * “Tumechezewa Sana,….siku moja mtanikumbuka! They have been misusing us! One day you will remember me* !)

His meaning was that we stop agreeing each White’s economic conditions which lead us too much dependancy and then easily they plant poverty to us!
…..Sisi ni matajiri…. (We are rich )

Let us groom our own Patriots! The Patriots who will groom the other Patriots on the long way run for generations, the patriotic citizens who are not ideologically enslaved.

Let the education experts especially education psychologists, they can discover and groom the talented kids from the earliest stages of primary education, not from the universities when they will be already corrupt!

There are reasons why the West’s Patriots misuses our own Patriots. It is that our patriots learn and copy the ethics of Patriotism from the colonial masters. Also, Most of them have completed their higher Education from the West’s methods.

The scientific methods we learn are in most cases applicable to benefit or clearly applicable to the West’s world.

NB.The education system we inherited from the colonial masters is grooming our Patriots to be misused by the West’s patriots !

The late Dr John Pombe Joseph Magufuli faced the antagonism from the group of what we call the Patriots, higher educated, higher businessmen who are misused or they have been enslaved in their mind by the West’s.

For example; Our own Patriotic people were reluctant to our own methods of combating the COVID 19.

In the other side, the same solution proposed by the Late President Dr John Pombe Joseph Magufuli easily has won the majority support (community) around Tanzania and the entire world.

Is that true the common people easily understand the tricky of depopulation from the Western powers than the educated Patriots? Absolutely no! The truth is that the education system grooms them to be misused! Whatever it takes against the West’s methods they will never want!

C. POVERTY ERADICATION MEASURES

The Late President Dr John Pombe Magufuli used to say “Sisi ni matajiri, tumechezewa Sana!” He was referring that Africa is the richest continent in terms of natural resources. The Western countries are misusing the African and exploit the natural resources to their countries’ development.

He had his slogan of ” Hapa kazi tu ” thus people have to work hard and avoid corruption so that they make their development and then pay tax for the national development.

He was the master mind! Most of people in Tanzania adapted his style of hard workin and Patriotism legacy.

The problem comes that most of our central and local government leaders are Westernised. They never sometimes give solution to our own specific environment! Their mental schema live in the imagined West’s culture!

For example the issue of machinga in Arusha, Kariakoo etc Is it really the only solution is that ” chasing them away from streets? ” Are we really need to eradicate poverty ? Why are we over exploiting them?

Why are they told to leave the space they occupy? The truth is that they need to gain from the population with their small business !So the solution is not chasing them away, that will always creat misunderstanding!
For example . They were chased from Kariakoo streets, after then the same space was changed into crowding que of cars.Could they understand that situations?

So the solution is not chasing them away because it will always create fiercely response. The need the methods that will enable them to use the same population they are occupying without polluting the environment .

So the point is that the leaders of this kind of Westernised mindset do not understand the life of the machinga or low people, possibly because they have not lived poverty or the do not do the research to understand the life of the majority poor in their localities.

Those kind of leaders they can not propose methods out of extremely poverty according to the specific local environment. They have not lived poverty and also they are not interacting to do the research and understand the hindering factors for development in their specific environment, they are not creative to lead people the methods of proper use of natural resources.

They lead in the way that there is maximum exploitation of the low gaining people or low per mothly payment people. Those kind of leaders are unable to use the local natural resources and human resources for development. So to me we can not combat poverty when the low or the commons overspend for tax and services, we overtax them, they can not make development .

Whatever it takes the smallest business people will never develop to large capital business economy or the employees to make higher standard of living. For example, The same person’s low mothly salary paid, pays higher PAYE of 9%, higher Loans board of 15%, social security fund 10%, healthcare insurance, VAT and higher standard of living in different services etc. Almost 50% goes back to government. Most of Tanzanian live the life of overpayment, that will always make them live the life of poverty in their entire life during and after their retirement.

(a) That also might be one of the reasons that most of the public servants are corrupt because they do not want to live poor for now and after their retirement.

(b) Tha also it might be one of the reasons that the millennium goals for development ( MGD ) in most Sub Saharan countries are unachievable. There is overdepency mind of leaders than the dependency mentality for creative and use of natural resources to suit the Arusha declaration of 1967 and the Musoma declaration of 1974 of Tanzania .

The philosophy of the Late Dr John Pombe Joseph Magufuli easily solves the over dependency of the government to the common poor people. He used to Prepare infrastructures, good public services that will be used free or lowly paid for example. Road transport and transportation, airports, marine transportation, railways, healthcare, electrical power and etc.

His legacy and philosophy decrease overdependency to foreign aid and poorly living people through taxation and higher services spends. He believed the philosophy that the Western capitalist powers and some private sector will never want!

Refer the US CENTICOM and USAID, Europeans union foreign policy and the Chinese foreign policy etc

They will want people who are dependants from their aid! For example, From 1986- 2006 the Africans received 37.7 percentage of Official Development Assistence ODA but nothing has solved African poverty. almost 50 percent live in extremely poverty………..Why?

From 15thC up to now, more than 500 years of interaction between African and the whites, we African have remained almost stagnant in all areas of development.
